*COVID-19 Update as of March 19, 2020*
Dream First Bank of Syracuse’s leadership team is working diligently to follow the rapidly changing situation regarding the COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus). Our utmost concern is for the safety of our employees, customers, and communities we serve. Our hearts go out to the people who are being affected by this unprecedented event, and we appreciate all the work our health-care workers, local communities, and governments are doing to contain this coronavirus. We also realize the importance of our role in supporting the financial stability and well-being of the community and providing access to liquidity and financing you need.
While we cannot predict when this outbreak will be over, We can tell you how we are adapting. At this time, we are planning on leaving our lobbies open to our customers. However, in the spirit of social distancing, we are asking you to limit in lobby transactions as much as possible, and we are encouraging everyone to use SAM, our Integrated Teller Machine (ITM) in the drive-thru’s, as much as possible. By pressing help on the ITM, we can facilitate any transaction that would have come through the branch with the help of a teller. For our commercial loan customers, we are incorporating the use of our Zoom video conferencing along with traditional cell phone/text access you already have with your loan officers. Also available is our On-the-Go Drop, previously known as a Night-drop. At any time, if you have a particular need or need specific help, please call, and we will make specific arrangements.
We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities. Daily, our employees are working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), on hygiene and cleaning. By working together, we can mitigate the spread and speed up the return to normal.
